• Weekly Rates:
  • August - November: $1200.00 per week, plus Florida taxes
  • December - July: $1400.00 per week, plus Florida taxes
• Special Summer Weekend Rates: $550 (3 night minimum)
• Rates apply for up to 6 people. Up to two additional people may stay for an additional cost of $50 per extra person.
• Security Deposit: $350
